October 31 is the date for celebrating Halloween. The picture above will explain the origin of this festival.

Now that a lot of my children are outside Nigeria, all children's TV programs have Halloween 🎃 theme, and some Nigerian schools will celebrate every date marked on the calendar. I need to let parents know this.
Our children are in this world, and the bitter truth is that you can't blindfold them, throw them into the Sahara desert, or fly them to space. They will see and continually witness Halloween 🎃.
So what is your responsibility?

1. Understand that Halloween is a pagan practice.

2. Accept that our children are the target.

3. Come to terms with the fact that Halloween festival has penetrated our homes.

4. Spirits, demons, death, and devil are very good topics to study from the Bible at a time like this.

5. The spirit of fear is in the atmosphere, but perfect love casts it out.

6. Create a family tradition that will interest your children more than Halloween. For example, "Neewollah," a Godly version of Halloween where children dress like their favorite Bible characters, talk and act like the person, and may even recite some Bible verses about the character to win some candy.

7. Don't stop praying for your children.

Your children are in this world, but they are not of it.
